2 What time is pickup?

Pickup depends on your selected tour (evening / morning / overnight) and your location. After booking, we confirm the exact pickup window via WhatsApp (usually a 20–30 minute window).

3 What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing and closed shoes. In winter evenings, bring a light jacket. Sunglasses and sunscreen are recommended for daytime tours.

4 What is included in the desert safari packages?

Inclusions vary by package, but common inclusions are:

• 4×4 pickup & drop-off (within Abu Dhabi city)
• Dune bashing + camel ride + sandboarding
• BBQ buffet dinner (for evening/overnight)

5 What’s the difference between Standard and VIP safari?

VIP usually includes priority seating closer to the stage and table service for drinks & dinner. The rest of the safari activities are similar.

6 Is quad bike included? Where does it happen?

Quad bike is included only in specific “with quad bike” packages. It runs in a designated area for safety. We’ll confirm the duration on WhatsApp before booking.

7 How do I pay? Cash or card?

You can pay cash or card on the day of the tour.

Card payments: 5% VAT on card payments.
Cash payments: no extra fee.

8 Do I need to pay a deposit in advance?

Most bookings are confirmed on WhatsApp with pay on the day. In rare cases (peak dates / private requirements), an operator may request an advance amount — we will inform you clearly beforehand.

9 Is dune buggy safe?

Yes — dune buggy rides are conducted with safety rules:

• Helmet & safety briefing included
• Guided session and controlled route (operator dependent)
• Basic driving rules explained before the ride

10 What’s the difference between 1, 2 and 4 seater buggy?
