1) About our services

We provide desert safari tours and dune buggy experiences in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Inclusions (pickup, camp activities, buggy duration, dinner, etc.) vary by package and are shown on the package/tour page.

• Package details shown on your selected tour page are part of these Terms.
• Photos are for illustration; actual experience may vary due to season and operational conditions.
• We may use trusted partners (drivers/camps/operators) to deliver the experience.

2) Booking & confirmation

A booking can be placed via the booking form or WhatsApp. After you submit details, we confirm availability, pickup timing, and key instructions.

• Please provide accurate guest name, contact number, pickup location, and date.
• Confirmation is typically shared by WhatsApp (or email if requested).
• If we cannot confirm a requested time/date, we will suggest the closest available alternative.

3) Payments

Payment method depends on your selected option and confirmation message. In most cases, payment is made on the day of the tour.

• Cash payments: payable on the day of the tour (no extra fee for cash payments).
• Card payments: if available, may include 5% VAT (and applicable bank charges depending on the setup).
• Prices are displayed in AED and may change during peak seasons or special dates.

4) Changes & cancellations

If you need to change your date/time, contact us as early as possible. Changes are subject to availability. Cancellation rules can vary by package/operator.

• Same-day changes may not be possible during peak times.
• No-shows or late arrivals may be treated as cancellations.
• If weather or safety conditions require cancellation, we may reschedule or offer alternatives.

5) Pickup & timing

Pickup time is confirmed after booking. Timing can vary due to traffic, guest routing, and location within Abu Dhabi.

• Please be ready at the pickup point at least 10–15 minutes before the confirmed time.
• For shared tours, pickup may include multiple stops (route planning is handled by the operator).
• For private tours, pickup can be more flexible but still depends on logistics and safety.

6) Safety & participation

Desert activities involve off-road driving and physical movement. Guests must follow guide/driver instructions at all times.

• Children policies vary by package; please confirm on WhatsApp before booking.
• Pregnant guests and guests with serious medical conditions should consult a doctor before joining.
• Seat belts and safety equipment must be used whenever provided.
• For dune buggy rides, helmet and safety briefing are mandatory.

7) Liability

Participation is at your own risk. We are not responsible for losses caused by factors beyond reasonable control (weather, road closures, government restrictions, operator issues, etc.).

• We are not liable for lost personal items; please keep valuables secure.
• Guests are responsible for their own travel insurance if required.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect pickup details provided by the guest.

8) Guest conduct

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we expect respectful behavior.

• Guests must follow camp rules and local UAE regulations.
• We may refuse service to guests who are disruptive, unsafe, or do not follow instructions.
• Damage caused by a guest may result in additional charges.

9) Privacy note

We use your details (name, contact, pickup location, booking date) only to manage your booking and provide support. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy page.
